The compliance score explained

What the score measures

The compliance score (top of the dashboard and its own page in Operations → Compliance) is a weighted roll-up of:

  • RAMS sign-off rate — % of required signatures actually captured, per live job.
  • Valid CSCS / cert status — % of active workers with a valid, non-expired card.
  • Mandatory forms — daily inspections, toolbox talks etc. submitted on days they're required.
  • Site inductions — new workers inducted before they start.

Each pillar is scored independently and rolled up. The overall number is the one you watch.

What pulls it down

  • A RAMS uploaded but not signed by half the workforce.
  • An expired CSCS on an active worker.
  • A job running for a week with no daily inspection submitted.
  • A new worker clocking in before their induction.

All of these show as rows on the Compliance page. Click a row to jump straight to where you fix it.

Getting to 90%+

  1. Upload RAMS before Monday. Use the weekend.
  2. Turn on RAMS chase nudges. The agent will ping workers who haven't signed.
  3. Scan CSCS on day one. If it's missing, work doesn't start.
  4. Keep active workers trimmed. Archive leavers — they drag the score otherwise.

Cert alerts

Workers with a certification expiring in the next 30 days show in the cert alert banner on the Workers page. Renew before they hit 0 — the score drops sharply on the expiry date.
